Rotary Belt Screens

Rotary band screens and sieving presses are mounted on water intake structures from rivers, lakes and seas, inlet structures of treatment plants, and pump stations and are used to retain solids in wastewater that will affect the treatment process and the operation of treatment equipment. These types of screens and screening presses have a wide range of uses with their working capacities in deep structures and at different water heights.

The unit consists of two endlessly joined chains and perforated surfaces arranged on this pair of chains. A nozzle system that washes with pressurized water in the opposite direction is used to clean perforated surfaces.
