Horizontal National Aerators
Horizontal shaft aerators have an important place among the surface aerators used to meet the aeration and mixing needs in biological treatment systems. Horizontal shaft aerators are widely used, especially in trench-style aeration ponds, due to their low energy costs and effective mixing and oxygen transfer.
The rotating movement of the rotor creates a forward current in the water and provides the necessary environment for oxygen transfer. Considering the oxygen need and dimensions of the facility, double type, in which a single drive unit turns two rotors, can also be preferred, depending on the need.
